How much should it be?

I'm looking into getting a new system, and i wanna get a quad core intel base processor, but i was wondering how much should a package deal be? for example:

XFX nForce 680i LT SLI Motherboard
Intel C2Q Q6700 2.66GHz OEM
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB Hard Drive
Ultra X-Blaster Mid-T Case
Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply
Crucial 2048MB Dual Channel PC6400 DDR2

and all of that is running at $529.99

is that a good deal or not really? because thats what i plan on getting probably when i have the money. i desperately need an upgrade.

Buying a Q6600 will be enough. A good cooling system and it will be overclock-able to 3.5 GHz without trouble.

750W PSU is overkill. Seek a less powerful but maybe fanless PSU. I always say that silence is really enjoyable to work comfortably.

For the very same reason, don't buy cheap case. I don't know the one you planned, maybe it's already fine. I use an Antec P182 only for that reason.
