No shadow!??!

This is the problem, when i set the scene like on the image, with doschs hdri, radiosity don't wonna make shadow on plane under wheel, but when i remove map from plane (just grey color on plane) there is shadow.
btw. additional lights(point, area, distant, spotlight) CAN make shadow on mapped plane, WFT!?!
Can somebody help me

jsruck, remove the wheel, put a cube and post here the scene.
I will take a look to it.
I cannot understand what really is your problem.
If you don't want shadows on the plane you simply have to exclude your object (plane) from the light's influence.
