I think the old fiat 500 is an easy car to model.
Why would you intend to quit if you face an object that is too hard for you? Inseat of quitting why not post your WIP on here and then ask people for some help if you get stuck.

Fiat500 ain't easy. Try any car that has a lot of reference images. That way, you can see how hard parts are made in real life, and try to remake that in 3D.

Good luck

in addition to what NE said, i would suggest making a car others have made so you can learn from their wires.

Personally, I'd suggest the 1981-1983 dodge aries. Then I'd move up to a 1990 Ford Taurus

Getting more rounded, I'd say the next car could be a 2003 Buick Century

by that time, you should be able to tackle the curves of something like a porsche 911 or 959, and after doing that car, you should be ready for just about anything the vehicle world wants to throw at you

Dude...no no no no no.

Best start: Volvo 240.

Why?

Its a box, you cant fail.

after that.

Volvo 850.

Its still a box but rounder.

after that

Saab 9-3.

More curves and after that you can handle any car.

Good luck .

Boxy cars aren't easier to model than round cars. It's purely the amount of details what make a car tough to model, not the shapes.
Really, just pick any car that has lots of reference images.

EDIT:
This was my very first car. Not quite boxy, huh?

Some solid shapes right there...

And yeah any car with actual detailed references can be easy to make within a timeframe.
