That's clean, but u should check the rear suspensions height since the rear is too high. U can check it looking at how many space there's between the wheel and its arc.

To get the right blur u need some software like Virtual Rig or Bleex, since the Photoshop's tool isn't that good and u haven't the right amount of control.
