looking for catalog program.

As you all know my list of blueprints is growing by the day. (over 26.000)
I catalog it al by hand, and sometimes with a nice small program bjollets wrote for me (thnx mate).

But the list is getting so large i really need a program with what i can make a .xls list or an .txt. list with the maps the pics are in.
easy change names.
i've tried acdsee but it does not make txt lists of the blueprints and maps i have..

who knows a proggy??

I need to keep my programming skills up to date so if you dont find any good program I can have a crack at it again .. afterall, the first program was written in a coffeebreak or so
