Can any1 tell me if its legal to make your own body kits out of wood and fibreglass and fit them to ur car?

Depends on the country you are living in, I think.
In my country it is, there are no rules about that. As long as it isn't too pointy so it won't harm peoples too much, and as long as it doesn't get wider than 2,55 meters, and as long as you don't put more than 4 lights on the front, etc.. Such small things, but making and applying is legal here
