A way to have ongoing threads discussed w/o seeing the bump bitch.

This only works for those with the initiative to do it, but it makes it possible to maintain an ongoing discussion on a topic no matter how old it is without getting bitched at.

Before posting somethng here, post it at a blog first. Enable comments on the blog entry. When posting here, link to the blog entry of the same item. Then whatever is posted can be discussed, commented, admired, made fun of, etc. ad nauseum without provoking the ire of those here who don't like old postings being bumped.

Easy , cheesy :mrgreen:, and its more effective than asking why the forums can't be altered to actually accomodate discussions that occur over timespans longer than the first 24hrs after a post.

i dont understand too well this idea.

and we dont flame ppl for bringing up topics that are 24hrs or older, maybe a month or 2 (sometimes more :roll
