- Help with animation -

I just made few animations in LightWave with Intel Indeo Video 4.5, becouse other codecs don't work, and join them together with Adobe Premiere 6.5, so, my problem is: the file after exporting from Premiere have 25MB and more. How too compress that movie with XviD, DivX or something, how too put lower bitrate or something and with which software?
btw. animation have 31 sec and mp3 song for audio
