Left or Rignt handed pole

I know this is the wrong place for this but anyway here goes...

A while back my graphics teacher said that he wenty to a WETA confrence and 70% of the people who worked there were left handed. It is suposed to be scientificly proven that left handed people a generaly better at more creative things than mathmatical logical things. However i find myself to be rather creative and I am right handed this leads me to ask the people of smcars the question, are you left handed or right handed?

i suport that theroy, i am right handered and i am as dim and dull and the grey plastic on my monitor. see i can seven come up a funny joke to put in there, grey plastic on my monitor, come on, its right in front of me, i really had to think about that one

right handed...other people consider me somewhat creative, although creative is a bit of a grey area...art critics, for example, think the most stupid/random/boring/weird things are creative...i dont think its based on left or right handiness either

I'm left handed, but I dont see any difference between left or right handed persons, but my friends say there is some difference, that people like me learn faster and they'r also more creative, it's hard to say, but I know there is whole bunch of problems for left handed people, most od ergonomic things are made for right handed.

me too
i write , eat and draw with my right hand
work with my left hand ( play , carry - any technical working- )
when i was younger i was writing and eating with the left hand , my parents learned me or helped me to use the right hand
then i spent a much time write with any ( right or left )
then step by step it became defcult to write with the left hand ,
but still have the abilty to use the left hand

those people are called ambidextrous.

i think my mom is one of those too. she's right handed but does most things with her left hand.

i'm right handed too but i trained myself to write with my left hand when my right hand gets tired... and also prefer to do sometihngs with my left hand.

oh yeh i am left handed for writing but i use right hand for mouse and i also can write with both my hands ...and i completely agree about "left handed ppl are more clever "

Well, the dictionary definition of Ambidextrous is you can use both hands equaly well, it doesn't mean you use both hands just as often. It means you can do the same thing with either hand. Meaning you can write legibly with both hands with no problems.

Just because I can drive with either my left or right hand (a little tricky to shift with the left hand) doesn't make me ambidextrous, because I can't properly hold a fork and eat with my left hand, or legibly write with my left hand...Therfor I am right handed. Holding the fork upside down doesn't count...that's not "proper".

I have a VERY photographic memory, but creative? No!

what i meant was for example when i'm taking down notes at school, if my right hand gets tired i could switch to my left hand for writing.

I'm a lefty.

Way back in art college I would move the mouse to the left side, but now I use the right hand. It's too much of a pain to temporarily reconfigure the computer desk.

i'm right handed. i took a psych course once and had to learn about left/right hand+brain stuff. it would appear to be true but i don't think it means that you can't be right-handed and creative.
