Whats Your Favorite Band?

Well as you have seen me and MMM is making alot of thread...lol.

For me its the Nine Inch Nails, I first found them in 2001-2002 when I saw them on a Swedish music channel on tv(sorta Swedish MTV) The song was 'The Hand That Feeds' and I felt inlove in it, next Music video was 'Only' and by when I felt I need that album.

Today I got everything ever maked from them, Every single, album, remixes, bootlegg and live performence.

Im a Rocker, I been grown up with Rolling Stones on the speakers.

Today Im heavier and listen to Industrial/Metal music.

Well, my favorite bands... and not in any particular order are quite strange in comparison with eachother.

First, Michelle Branch. "Are you Happy Now", "All you wanted", "Hotel Paper", and one or two others were quite good IMO...

Then Michael Jackson. "Billy Jean", "Starting Something", "Beat It" ... good stuff

Buggles ... "Video Killed the Radio Star" ... w00t.

Laura Branningan was good... RIP

Paul McCartney of course, lynyrd skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, Weezer, Sugarbomb, Eurythmics, Van Halen, Toto...

But my top-most favorite "group" probably isn't even known by anyone other than extreme scarface fans ... it's Giorgio Moroder. His music, from scarface was in both Scarface: The World Is Yours, and GTA3... and more of his music was featured in GTA Liberty City Stories.

Oh, and infected mushroom has some great stuff.

Some more favorites include just about anything techno-electro-dance-trance, and just about all video game music. Any time I find a game soundtrack CD in the store, it's quite unusual I pass it by. I just wish they were easier to find :x

Various styles for me : lot of classic, especially opera by talented performers like e.g. Natalie Dessay, lot of old rock, like LedZep, DeepPurple, Motörhead and others, lot of modern rock, like e.g. Queens of the Stone Age. And some famous names : Metallica, Noir Désir, Dolly (both are french rock bands), Stan Getz, Lisa Ekdhal...

And last but not least : Dead Can Dance. Definitely my top music to work. Best records IMHO : Spiritchaser, Into the labyrinth, Toward the within.

Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster
Previous : Marcos 1800 GT (60's winner), Ariel Atom II (LightIsRight winner), SuperSeven (WZA #4)

Although I am indeed stuck in the 80s, my favourite band is easily the monsters of rock 'n' roll themselves, Lordi...

As I said, I am stuck in the 80s though, so Motley Crue, KISS, those sorts of rock bands are deffinately up there, along with almost anything with a synth... don't laugh, 'cos the good ol' synth is making a come-back
