It really depends on what type of penguin games u mean. Ones which 'hurt' them (hitting them with baseball bats or other hard objects...) seem 2 b more common, but its no the penguin's faults, they are only trying 2 fly without human intervention. Just because they are in antarctica with frozen wings, unable to fly is no real reason to bash them into the sky with bats and say they're flying.

Yea, sorry about that. I tend to get carried away somethimes, but they really can fly. Just take a look at their habitat, its freezing cold. Their wings are stuck rigid, and therefore cannot fly in antarctica, but can elsewhere.

The way they move underwater is more characteristic of flying, not swimming. They dive, climb, pitch and roll more like birds than fish.

Yeah, fish do more of a "waddle"...besides, bi-ped swimming usually requires that you have feet that are able to propel you through the water.

If people are putting the defenition of "Fly" as an object moving through the air, then just about everything (including my mouse which is intermittantly not working) can fly. On the premise of actual flying though, penguins can fly about as well as you can. Also penguins may "fly" through the water metaphorically, but any animals moving through water are classed as swimming.
