Radeon 9800 - pixel fragment probs

i bought radeon 90 pro for while ago, but when playin' games or usin 3d programs comes around some pixel fragment. (those pixel fragments does show up pretty well in pics above.)

anyways does anybody know how to get rid of that bug :?:

Looks like it could be an overheating problem.

well...damn... maybe i should get coolers for PC case too... :idea:

curretly theres just normal coolers at power suply, gfx card, mother board & processor. :roll:
