    Thermostatic louvers?

    I wonder if this is the grille that had the thermostatically controlled grille louvers. It's hard to tell from the diagram.

    numbered 11.214 / 216 looks like that kind of mechanism - crank / pivot point - in elevation; just missing a plan view detailling the rest maybe.
