I decided to go ahead and make a programming forum under the off-topic discussion forum. This will be a place to post tutorials and help others out with programming problems. I have added 3 sections for now, PHP, SQL and HTML/CSS. I could add more, but I'll leave that up to you guys to decide what I should add. So please let me know if you want other sections like mIRC Scripting, C++, C, C#, VB, VB.NET, ASP etc. Hope we can develop this section as much as the other sections of the site.
