Although the administrators and moderators of Scratch Made Cars - Car Blueprints Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Scratch Made Cars - Car Blueprints Forum, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

-The Official SMCars.net Rules-

1.) R-E-S-P-E-C-T...

That's right, rule Number 1 is Respect. If you don't show respect to others, they have every right no to have respect for you. This is especially important because it is the internet, and as simple mis-placement of words can dramatically change the meaning of what you say.

2.) Offensive Materials...

Nothing illegal (Warez, Torrents, Copyrighted Items), pornographic, or excessivelly violent.

3.) Spamming & Digging...

No spamming of advertisements or double-posting. Also, no digging up old topics and posting in them unless it is to add something, eg: extra blueprints, corrections.

4.) GTA'ed Creative Works...

The clamining of someone else's work as your own is not only illegal, but extremely frowned upon here at SMCars.net. If you feel like someone is posting work that does not belong to them, DO NOT post in the thread. Instead, PM a Moderator or Administrator of your concern along with relevant proof. At this point, if deemed nessessary, the Mod/Admin will Lock the thread and the thread's creator will be given 7 days to produce proof that it is in fact their own work. If by this time no proof is given, the thread will be deleted and the theif banned for life.

Please take note that if you post in the thread instead of contacting a Moderator/Administrator like stated above, you will recieve a 1-month ban.

Penalties & Infractions...

Bad Behaviour: User gets 10 warning points which expires in 1 month.

Ban (3 Days): User gets 30 warning points and is banned 3 days (points expires after 3 days).

Ban (5 Days): User gets 50 warning points and is banned 5 days (points expires after 5 days).

Ban (7 Days): User gets 80 warning points and is banned 7 days (points expires after 7 days).

Insulted Other Member(s): User gets 10 warning points which expires in 1 month.

Signature Rule Violation: User gets 10 warning points which expires in 1 month.

Spamming & Digging: User gets 10 warning points which expires in 1 month.

Spammed Advertisements: User gets 100 warning points and gets instant ban.

GTA-ing Of Model/s: User gets 100 warning points and gets instant ban.

Unauthorized Use Of SMC Medals: User gets 100 warning points and gets instant ban.

Last but not least, common-sense always prevails. If you have any hesitations of what you're about to do, don't do it. Also, SMC has every right to punish users as they see fit for acts that may not be exactly listed within these rules. Again, use common sense, because if you screw up, always remember that while you're on SMC, you have no rights, and failing to uphold SMCars.net's outstanding reputation as a friendly and helpful forum will be dealt with harshly.

-Signature Rules-

Before you can have your own signature you must have 10 posts.

Size of the signature:

* Maximum dimensions allowed. 500(w)x150(h)
* Filesize of the signature shouldn't go over 400kb

Content and linking:

* No disturbing content (like porn, violence etc)
* You can link to your own homepage but not to sites that have disturbing content or to sites that have warez or other meaningless commercial products.

If you don't obey you'll be warned and get 10 points (read official rules)

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

The owners of Scratch Made Cars - Car Blueprints Forum reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
