Lightning question - SMCars

Hi! I want to achieve lightning and reflections like on the picture, I work whit Lightwave but thats not so important. I want to know how many and which type of light should I put in my scene. Suggestions? Help?

just put a large dome around the car, that the top half is mapped with a white stripe down the center, (length going the direction of the car) , so the car reflection picks up the white
