Thanks for the comments, appreciate them. The car is rendered with anti alising, its just the compression on the image host that has made it look like that. The car itself is very smooth.

Maybe, now that i look again, the seats to roof the gap is fairly large. I didn't modify the roof height though from the original vblueprints.
