how do i get the surface to bend like the green curve
ive tried flow but it didn't seem to work
(i have nvr used flow b4 and it was confusing when i tried)

Make a planar network surface and cut out that shape

EDIT: Something like this. Red lines are curves just cut out that shape on the surface
