I bought the game last week. Only a few hours for playing so far...

I bought Gallardo SE, Caterham, XJ220. Nice cars, but the Caterham is almost undriveable. Or I'm very bad.

I tried both keyboard and my Logitech Drive Force Ex (bought for GT4, works with PS2 and PC but without force feedback on the PC) Easier to drive smooth with steering wheel, but fast driving requires keyboard for me.

Car convoying missions are really nice, I completed the Lotus Esprit mission without trouble, but I can't finish the next missions I've found flawlessly (Koenigsegg, Cobra concept-car and Enzo) The Cobra concept mission is 40km, I never thought TDU could be that enjoyable !

Are some of you frequently online ? I would love to race with SMC members !

You're not bad driver Tom, TDU's physics are crap. I like more simulation based physics rather than arcade and Atari really screwed the game with the crappy ones. I don't enjoy the game at all because of that

*slaps down Johnas* Thou shalt not take piss out of TDU's handling!! Well... it's normal handling, yes, but NOT Hardcore Mode!!

You want me to tell you how close Hardcore Mode is to any other simulation game? I always play TDU with Hardcore Mode on... downloaded the Forza 2 demo, and I slid perfectly into driving in that game, 'cos it was exactly the same... 'cept the drifting is better in TDU

The BEST drift car, and my weapon of choice is either the Dodge Charger SuperBee, or my all-time favourite, the Gallardo Spider... but only in red

I didn't find hardcore mode any better and I compare my experinces with Live for Speed. That game gets really close on realistic physics
