Im sure there are....."other" ways of aquiring it if you dont want to pay for the download.

well no, its combined with online acount, if you download bf2142 for example you also can't play online, just like second life.

Not really.

It will be tied to a key, and if its anything like Need for speed (all you need is an EA account) youll be able to play online fine.

Don't forget, this is the Xbox LIVE version of the game I'm talking about...It's almost impossible to use cracked or downloaded stuff you didn't pay for.

I was actually really ticked off with the whole fact that I had to BUY extra cars for the game...In my oppinion, if you spend $110 on a game, anything that comes after that should be free. And what I'm even MORE ticked about, is that some of the cars in the demo weren't even in the final version of the game, but, you guessed it, will be released in download packs that you have to PRUCHASE.

...but, it does suck you in. I only bought them 'cos I love the game so incredibly much. What I WOULD prefer however, is that if we do have to purchase these packs, I think we should be able to buy particular cars, instead of packs. Mainly because, well, hey...I'll put it this way, it's like buying a music album for the one or two good songs that are on it. One of the two packs I've bought so far, I think there was only 2 out of the 6 six I actually really wanted...Now c'mon, who the hell wants a Ferrari Scragglyscetti or however you spell it? If I'm paying for cars, I deffinately don't want them to be boring ones :-)

Bah!! I think it's the most boring looking of all the Ferraris...But, everyone's entitled to their own oppinion...

What cars/bikes would you all like to see brought out for it? Taking into account that it is a cruising game, so it doesn't have to be a die-hard race-car...The game also features concept cars too, so even one of them maybe? I CANNOT wait until they release a Ferrari Daytona Spider :-P THAT'S what I'm hanging out for!!...not for any main reason though...*cough* Miami Vice *cough cough*...oooh, oooh, and a Yamaha R-1!!

'bout that edonis, it's the B-Engineering Edonis. It's improved on the base of the Bugatti EB110 I thought and has more hp, and a slightly higher top speed. Very rare, very expensive with €700K. It looks cool.

I hope the C111 will come ingame, I saw a screen once of C111 photo's hanging in the Pagani showroom...

yeah well that's not my point, this game is for online gaming and only SP is really boring in that respect.

oh and btw HL2 is thought to be uncrackable... but meh everything is possible i have played it without a valve account, sure i didn't get any MP options but that is a pure SP game. meh let's see how good TDU will be, and if my comp is up for the challenge
