andreisperid is right with the best class G car being the tuned Muira.

The best class A car however is the tuned Koenigsegg CCR.

I like more the S7, the aceleration is coooooooool, and the max is pretty...

CCR has more top speed but is too sticky to the road, I like better the S7 handling...

As for the G class, the Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe is the fastest according to this GameFAQs: Test Drive Unlimited (X360) Car List by Edgarware
But that's just according to the numbers. I used a tuned Miura for every G class race and it performed just fine.

On a side note, there's a rumor going around that Test Drive Unlimited 2 is in the works ( Rumor: Test Drive Unlimited 2 in the Works - Xbox ). It wouldn't be too suprising to me if it's true given that Unlimited seems to have sold well.

how much is the level 3 mod pack for the muira costs? i want to be prepared so i dont get a heart attack when i see the actual price, with me buying the wrong cars, and getting a $92k fine more then once really made me broke, so i really need to plan my things well now

Usually, Level 3 costs ALMOST as much as what you bought the car for...However, this is for working out costs for new cars, not classics, which the Muira falls under.

If you need some extra cash, and quick, keep doing speed challenges over and over to earn money. There's one early in the game along the highway running east of the capital where you get 10k everytime you hit a certain speed, and later on you'll have access to one in the city where you get 75k everytime you hit 290kph. This one is where that XJ220 comes in ;-)

Saleen S7 (Level 3 Tune) with that 290Kph = 17 secs + 75,000 at your account =)

Nah man, 'cos the Saleen S7 is a Class A car...You need to use the XJ220 ;-)

I think that the XJ220 is WAY too unbalanced to be a Class B car. I mean, it's 50kph FASTER then most of the other cars!!...not that I'm complaining :-P

By the way, that challenge is called '180mph Downtown' if anybody needs it. I guarantee you you'll be a made-man once you've unlocked this challenge and do it a few times :-)

- Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster
- Ferrari Challenge Stradale
- Cadillac Cien (tuning N/A, custom paint N/A)
- Saturn Curve (tuning N/A)
- Ferrari Dino
- TVR T440R
- RUF RK Spyder

Please note that BEFORE buying the $750,000 Cadillac Cien, that you are unable to both tune it, and apply custom paint to it. This car is only availible in ONE colour, which is silver.

Yeah, they seem a little slow at releasing some things. I watched a video yesterday that was from before the game was released on the xbox 360 and it had the Murcielago Roadster in it, yet they didn't add it to the retail game until a week ago :roll:

There were HEAPS of cars in pre-release screens...for instance the Lambo Diablo & Countach. I personally think that it's cheating the buyers by making cars for the game, then turning around and saving them for later to sell on the Marketplace. The Murcielago Roadster and the Edonis badge is even on the case for TDU!!

And as for the updates being slow, I'm still waiting for them to catch up with their 'monthly' car-packs...The game has been out since October last year...there's been 4 car-packs...Go figure ;-)

Oh, and buy a million-dollar car and paint it pink...then beat a homophobic Texan in a race, and remind him once you've beaten him that he just got beaten by a hot-pink supercar. It's quite amusing.
