Judging by the pics gfx doesn't look bad I think besides when you're on move shooting enemies you won't even notice all flaws I'm sure. It's easier to spot them by looking still picture

The graphics are alright. They aren't the best, but they are still get the job done, imo. My main complaint is with the aliasing. It isn't too noticible when you are just playing the game, but in the cutscenes, it's quite obvious. Although, maybe it's just that I'm using a monitor instead of a TV.

Although, I think the gameplay is very fun, and that's what counts. In Halo 2 it just felt like they lost a little bit of the "magic" they had in the original. In the 3rd game, to me it just feels like the magic is back. Maybe it's because the environments and scenarios remind me more of the original :?

See,the thing with me is that when i played the others through the campaign,It just dragged on.Like the enemies seem to come in warps and felt lik ei was just fighting off one group of them,then they would just keep coming and i got bored of killing the same things with the same gun,Also i felt they had no freedom to them at all.Its always a set plan where you have to go.I dont really like that,i like to figuyre things out my way and see if they work.

1st you said the grafics are OMG teh UBER awesomzzzz ... then you post screenshots to prove your point
2nd obviously the quality of the ingame grafics, especially the textures in some areas completely suck, as referring to that quad vehicle
3rd if you cannot stand a little honest cricism (i don't mean Catlins falming... that's not appropriate imo) well then i ask myself, why are you posting this...

in the end this forum is full of gurus who are perfectionists and most have a keen eye for spotting faults.

in a sense this is happening here, if you post something you should be able to take the flack you are getting, no hard feelings man, i don't want to insult you! it's nice to share gaming experiences, but when someone comes to me saying that he has 'the best grafics' (i admit you didn't say that explicitly) and i can't agree with that, then i have to respond.

i have to confess i wasn't very nice with what i wrote, i'm sorry i was a bit blunt.

if you find anything wrong with my post, please don't hesitate to point it out! i like a good discussion

well that is the point of a linear plot isn't it? it's kinda sad games are evolving like this in the last ~5 years... and i mean everywhere

Honestly Moe, my post wasn't directly at you... It was to the people who were simply saying that the graphics sucked, with not saying why, and who haven't played the game itself.

I've got absolutely no problem with people's opinions, but they have to be able to back their opinions up. Lately this thread has been more something like what you'd find at Gamespot's forums or something, with just flaming and no substance to the discussion, and that's exactly what I don't want happening in any thread on this forum.

The graphics are great, and even though Halo might not be everyone's game, sales figures have shown that it appeals to quite a substancial amount of people.

Yeah, I think it's bugged lately...However, if you upload the pics to your File Share, then go onto Bungie.net and Find User, type in your GamerTag and it will be there under File Share.

My console Red Ringed this morning for no reason...I bought it a week after launch and have never had a problem. I've borrowed a mate's console so I can still play Halo 3, so yous won't miss me

lol, you are better off trading in the normal xbox 360 and get an elite, it handles so much better and isnt as near as noisy... I made a profit out of trading it in, maybe you can lol
