Maybe my easy favorite is 3rd picture (camouflage) Its seams to me that with this paint you don't need to add any extra dirt to your car body.

PS: Maybe little blood :-) But don't make to many blood. Put it just on the edges of the car. Below front mask. Around vent. Vent. On the edge of wheel arch. Maybe just little on the engine cover (how you say for this part... hood ? or ?) anyway... i think you now what i mean.

What is nice with this car ? I think that you spent more times modeling this MG at the back than body of the car. The complete car is simple (without to many details) but this is beauty of this car. Simple but still fantastic. And this blades at front and back....

You makes me realize that I've a lot to learn about materials and textures. The first render is astonishing.

Now I can say I've found someone to vote for. And I'm sure I'm not the only one. Keep us amazed not to loose my vote

Very nice job. Only critique I have is that those are some huge bolts on the hoods fan housing. Love the texture work for sure!

This is really amazing work. I think it might be cool to throw in some realy deep scratches ( ie a zombies last lunge before total destruction from this beast)

@ tom - thanks man, You should really get 3ds max its very good for creating materials and what not,
@ Dr. Feelgood - cheers
@ KMyers-MG - thanks, yeah I will change the bolts and things after my prelims, might do welds or something.
@ Icekid - thanks, will do - deep scratches, dotted in a few areas.

I have to really stop doing this for now, I keep putting off studying, which is not good. so Im going into hibernation from the computer for a week and half or so.
ciao

Had some free time today, wasn't in a good mood today ( I have reasons ) but anyways to get my mind off things I made a render of the ody again, but added some more stuff to the paint mat, but look it renders fine when I have just the body alone, however once I unhide all other objects excluding particle systems, it renders strange as you can see, the old render is in the background of the render...

Excellent work so far. This I imagine will continue to get better since you still got more materials to add, so it will get even more delicious.

The paint job is awesome, but you should darken the blood a bit. It looks way too fresh.

Nice to see a shader on the tire. That way, your beast looks really impressive !
