    Thanks for all the comments

Pretty much finished with the engine. If I'm under my poly limit by the time I finish the interior and spoiler then I'll add some more detail to the engine area.

@ Audipower - hey, thanks. I'll post some of the progress on the in-game model later.

@ Icekid84 - Yeah, you're right, it's a bit narrow. I'll try scaling it when I do some more import work.

@ *RedStar* - Now that the engine is pretty much done, I'll start on the interior

@ Xer0123 - I'm using the prints here http://www.smcars.net/forums/lamborg...light=countach They were somewhat accurate, but I had to make some adjustments to match my ref pics. Once I am done modeling, I will post the ortho views so anyone can use them for blueprints. Hopefully, I will finish modeling within the next week, then they will be posted

    Thanks for the comments

Now that my ISP seems to be working, I thought I would post an update.
Worked on the interior the past several days. The interior portion of the door still needs to be done as well as a couple other pieces, and the few areas need to be closed up so there aren't any gaps. Poly count is now 70,526 tris.

@ SirDavidP - Oh, your GranTurismo? Well, thanks for posting those prints, they've been helpful.

    Thanks for the comments!

Finished modeling the interior portion of the door. Also added the rearview mirror. Poly count is now 72,450 tris.

@ mpfive - well, it helps when I can't model every little detail

    @ FlashG - yep, I know lol

well it would be a pain to find out that since SA has such a poor lighting technique you won't be able to see the pattern in the door. maybe a good texture would have done the job?

    Thanks for the comments!

Added a spoiler and did some in-game testing. The in-game shot if from an older version of the model, so it is not the model that will be in the final version. It's basically my "test" model to see how to get certain things to work in the game. Right now I am having it replace the ZR-350 because it is the only model that have the pop-up headlights.
If any knows how to add an extra exhaust dummy, let me know. I've tried duplicating it over and renaming it a couple different ways, but none of them seems to add a smoke effect to the other exhaust tip.

lol, I was just thinking about the uv mapping yesterday. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

Thought I would see if the details were visible in the game, and it look like it is. Materials still need a lot of work, but many of the details are visible. Although, I do agree, the lighting could have been better

Yeah, they'd better lol. Hopefully they port GTA IV to the PC as well.

very nice only crit is that the material for the wheel is too bright and you look like you got normal problem on the fender. Keep it up.
