Yeah, it's from a game called "Racer" (or Racer Free Car Simulation to be exact..) The track is Sakura Valley by. Endo, no idea if it's available anywhere. Anyways... Started texturing the exterior. For a reason that still remains a mystery to me, I decided not to bake any textures for this one. Instead I ended up drawing all the shading by hand. Here are some pics... As you can see, there's still a lot left to do. edit: The headlight is modelled in a 3d-way, but as the texture has no alpha channel yet, it's not transparent and not quite as good looking as I'm hoping it to end up being. |

Wow, very crisp, Bumpy! I especially love how the vents turned out.
I know there are many things to be done yet, but still I would like to point out the bonnet being darker than the sides (I am not sure whether it is related to the textures or the lighting). Brilliant work nonetheless, my friend. |

Thanks, T. The bonnet was only darker because of the zmodeler lighting..
Anyways, the exterior is now completed. (Well, apart from the exhaust tip and the wipers) Here are a few ingame shots from Racer.. They should show the textures pretty well. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
