but yeah i kinda got in the mood a little while ago. yep i see the mclaren in your sig, do you have more pictures of it? (or the other one you modeled) - i looked in your gallery but i didn't see it there@Nik, Tonn: thanks ![]() @tom120934: nope i never got around to really rendering it, or any of my cars for that matter. i may have to read up on some tutorials unless someone else wants to render it for me ok a little update that took hours to do (and i'm kind of embarrassed by my wireframe - this car is already a huge poly-hog) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

So far it looks like a strong structure. Very similar to how I did mine. The lines of this car make a poly structure hard to keep cleen and efficient. SO i guess thats just about the only way to do it. If you were using zmodeler2 it has a FFD tool which I found very valuable when I used it. If youve not used it what it does is you select vertics and you apply ffd and it only manipulates those vertics with a grid system. I use it constantly in max.
