Saab 9.3

Something new. The Rim is old, I think I'll do a new one. The Saab has been the first model I tried with HyperNURBS ever , but as you can imagine it was not very good, so I'll do it again. I want to show you a little comparision between the new one and the older try, which was done about 4-5 months ago, or so.

The wire is really bad, way too many polygons.

How I made the headlights. I could tell you exactly how I made these ones, or the Audi lights, but that would not help you anyway, am I right?

A gerneral tutorial? Impossible! I used Cubes and Spheres mainly, and made the inner parts out of them. Actually I think they look good, but they should look realistic and I missed that again. So if anyone ownes a Saab 9.3, reference of lights or other parts would be very nice.

Maybe one of the long-year pro modelers here is able to tell me as a newbie how I can get a realisitc touch on them.

Inspired by "World's only hope's" Concept sports truck:

I'll use them, but they would better fit to some sports car, so I have to model one.

Very nice man, what program did you render it in? Your caliper is much better than mine. Great Job. Sweet Model of the Saab as well.

Actually I am doing that I suggested above. Building a car for the brake (it is a Honda NSX). So there are three projects running now: The A3, the 9.3 and the NSX...

I hadn't had a lot of time the last weeks so there was nearly no time for 3d stuff. Now there is christmas vacation, I think there will be more time, even I have to finish the school's year book (layout etc.) until the third of january.

You got the trheat up, so I will show some progress. It is not a lot, but I just saw I did not posted it here.
