I think your renders are excellent. I love the glow around the specular highlights. The detail is great and the look spot-on. Can't wait to see how this pans out. Keep it going.

Looks all pretty sweet BUT:

1.) Maybe you should think about your Polycount, all those things you made are damn very high poly. (looks pretty, i know  )
Possible that you have a machine on which that aspect won't matter, dunno

2.) You SHOULD be carefull where you spend the polies.
If your tire is already detailed that much, don't come and show the final car without fully modelled weldnoses, paintscratches and dust on it  Know what i mean?

Greetz,

.alex

Sorry for my good english, i'm german...

Ooohhh.... Pretty, mind telling us what kind of a machine your using? I mean the polycount must be enormous for just the wheels...

Oh, and where'd you find reference pics to do that detailed calliper, I've been trying to find some but can't find any.

Keep 'em coming and try not to go insane with that many polies.

Don't worry Justalex this isn't my first high-poly car, just this time it will be super-high poly. I'm pretty sure my computer can handle it to.
I hope to make my car as detailed as possible although i think dust is a little extreme

Here is the brembo badge and nuts as i promised, if it looks o.k. I'll render up the brake completly.

Thanx for the comments.
The calipers are a little odd because there are very few reference pics of them.
The Poly count for the wheel is around 95 000 polys, the tire as i said
before is 65 000 polys while the complete brake is 200 000 polys.

Also here is an update on the brake. Next i'll post the blueprtints i'll be using for the body. so you guy's can get an idea for what i have planned and also make any suggestions.

The wheel is attached to the hub with only 5 tiny bolts of just 2/3mm? A bit unrealistic..
But OMG that detail! Sweet!

Just posting a clay render of the wheel/tire for those who are interested.
Really big update soon.

Not really sure what you mean Nighteye :?
If you could explain it to me, or maybe circle it on a picture, i would gladly fix it.
