Here an another crazy tuning project im workin on, its a Datsun 100A/Cherry E10 with a Skyline RB26TT engine made by KvH. Bodys is about 8900 polys and 4 wheels are 10 000polys.

I think i got the extentrior done and that ill move onto the interior in near future, im planning not to use more than 5000 polys for the interior since more detail doesnt really get noticed.

I voted for the Skoda since its RWD and awfully rear weighted so i bet its a pain in the ass to drive and youll get yourself killed with it alot easier even though the Datsun would probally be the faster one.

Here some updates on both of the cars.

I thought that the Skodas exhausts look a bit weird when without a silence so i made a new exhaustpipe layout, i think its the final one but im not sure since ive played with the exhaust so many times and changed em like 4 times already.



The Datsun has a interior with the basic shape now and i deepened the trunk a bit aswell.

Thanks, well i aint gonna waste more polys on it since you cant really see a difference in my opinion.

Here some progress on the interior, still need to do some more details and texture the thing but i think ill manage to keep the polycount under 30 000. The steeringwheel is the same as in the skoda, ill model a datsun logo on it though; the seats will be also in the Skoda later on when i again start to mess around with the 4doorer.

Some minor details done, still gonna get M3 E36 mirrors, drag-like slicj tires and many nice colorthemes.

I suppose that i post too frecuently my updates in too small portions or something where i get barely and replys. :roll: Well here the car completely textured, will do some more texture details since i got some space on the bitmaps. Not yet done though, still need to do: pedals, gearbox, seatbelts, side mirrors, rearview mirror, license-plate and a RB26DETT badge on the front quarter panel and maybe some other things i forgot to mention.
