how to render something like this?

Hm at first, I don't actually know if this is the right forum to put this question, but if it's wrong, please move it.. Well..

I was visiting this Wip; http://www.smcars.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12351

And i was really impressed of the rendering he made (see below)..

I guess this kind of renders are easy to do for some of you, and thats why I'm asking you how to render like this.. If someone here could explain for me how to do it, or if you know a tutorial for this kind of renderings, I would be Really greatful.

I think his render is so perfekt....... Thanks for incoming replys.

Holy sh*t, I really thought it was a render.. I have never seen a real car in that enviroment.. Well excuse me.. But.. sh*t... I'm stupid Well, I wanna know how to render like that anyway
