Looks like it has potential, however the normals need some work since the reflections are quite odd. Maybe a wireframe for further analysis?

You need to work on some smoothinggroups (normals) in that sidevent. The rest looks good IMO

hmm now that I look at it , Id redo the rims if you can. I always like for the rims to have a lip instead of just be a flat revolution of polys. I think your front window column bends in a bit to much and as nighteye said the smoothing on the side intake needs work still.
