Here is the current state of the Lexus I'm working on.


Still a few details left to do on the body. After that i''m gonna work on the wheels.
Decided not to do an interior.

Yes, I know about the headlight corners and I need to chamfer the round bit of the hood. But the rest is accurate imho. The refpics you provided are from the IS300, I'm modeling an IS200.

IS300 is the same as the IS200, only the engine is different

Oh, and no, look again at the bodywork around the grille, you will see what I mean

Nope, I really see difference in the bodies of the is200 and is300 (just minor differences). The only mistakes I found in mn mesh is with the headlights and on the hood. Maybe you can circle the part you mean on my render?

Anyway, here's a wip of the rims I'm doing:

Trust me, it's the same
Just a different (and confusing) angle. That corner needs to be sharper, and it needs to be more like... uhm.. not straight backwards, but a bit sloped? Hard to explain :roll:

btw: Sweet rim!! 8o

Looks nice. I think it has more sharper edges on the hood. Also i think the render is to reflective. But overall nice job so far.
