I have a lot less hair today!!! Got ahead of myself with the cutting and everything and now I have to start over again.

Also: Can anyone help, when you make the side windows with those black strips do you apply MS to it or not because the edges doesn't stay sharp even after I chamfered ALL of them.

Double chamfer them then, so you have 3 lines close to eachother instead of the 2 from standard chamfering.
