But, (could be the angle) it looks like you should define that edge on the grillsection a bit more

there was a chamfer there but not so obviously. so i redid it.

Could you also show a frame shot. Or a shot where you can see how the wires are connected and ow it looks. Because i dont know if mine is correct. Have some problems with SM and that other stuff... works weird. ... anyway .. do you have shot?

And how do you get that white effect. I can only controle the gloss and refelction on a grey material ...

No i dont have any wire shots at the moment.

The white effect is actually standard gray with a vray light and some funky settings.

And are you also willing to tell me those funky settings or is there a link with info or tut?

Well as you know from previous pics i was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy of on the headlights.

So now i scrapped them and im waiting for an answer from a r34 owner here in sweden which i emailed about refpics :lol:

Anyways here is a small update (dont mind the ugly plate, have put out a request on better logos ops: )

You mean as for rendering?

Standard max materials. ground set to a bit darker than standard and the model a bit lighter than standard

VrayLight checked no decay and set to 1.0

[VRay:Environment]
GI Environment (skylight) set to 0.8

Then just different setting in Irradiance map ,but that only seem to affect the grain, quality etc on the render.
