@skb875: Thanks for your support dude.

@doch_1: Thanks man, that was actually the problem :lol: . I thought that 3ds max would join automatically the circle with the surface.

@Marqus: I modeled the headlight shape by hand and it was a pain in the ass to model for me, so I tried booleans for the foglights instead.

@KRIS83:Thanks man.

Another update, I've been working with materials for the backlights, the bumpmap is still wip; I need to find better references:

i like the lights, they look really nice...if the rim material was better, the car would rock

Yes, cutting holes (Polymodeling + MS) is the hardest thing for me. Door handles, strange side intakes etc is a horror, I'm spending so much time on modeling them, and I'm still not satisfied with surface smoothness.
But IMHO modeling them by hand is way better method then using the booleans.

@Shorty: Thanks man.

@Marqus: Yeah, you're so right. I spent a lot of time modeling the headlights shape too.

@doch_1: Thanks dude.

Lol I did a pair of bigger renders with better materials, some time ago but I forgot to post them here :
