My Concept

im really new to this rendering, but heres everything i've gotton so far,

please dont be too harsh, im welcome to ideas and tips

Also, i know the chrome sucks, Same goes for most of the mats
im using 3ds max 3.1 to render, so if any one has some nice tuts they would
be nice to have

i downloaded the file and it appears as "car" no extension
but on the webpage the files name is "car paint.pdf" so i renamed
it, but i dont know which program opens that kind of file

Any help?

Actually model looks a bit strange too in some places, would you post a wire or flatshade?

You can use Acrobat Reader for opening PDF files.. But I don't think paint-files are stored in PDF.. Isn't it a PSD-file btw?
