thx..

Yes the color is a bit too dark, I'm going to make some brighter red renders as soon as I progress with modeling...

beautiful work, but question are you following just prints or are you also using pictures, because you should never put full faith in prints, even Tamiya's

mesh-shot is wireframe im guessing, looks good but wheel arches are a little low poly(blocky) and wheels are as well... Keep up the goodwork though..

Volkswagen.

thanks. I do use pics as reference too and I've got a 1:18 Model of the car..The nose on the prints is too long but I follow the prints anyway as good as I can.
The wheels (and lights) got no MeshSmooth on, that's why they don't look high poly like the rest of the car.

Hope it's what you meant:

"because you should never put full faith in prints, even Tamiya's"

.... yea and even into 1:18 Models

The wire ... looks hmmm ...ok , but not that good ... I'm wondering about the smootherrors you will get , when you smooth ... look at the roof , you have there 3 Polylines which make it sharp where it shouldn't be. Fix it. At all not bad.

@dennispls: If you mean in the very first render, yea looks weird, cuz I've only done the window glass for the render and it ****s the window up. :?

@exidge: yea I know the wire isn't really that good, but I think it's good enough for me, as I'm a beginner, otherwise the renders would look worse I'd say..But thanks for your advise, I'll try to fix that.
