Nissan 200SX

Started this model last week. It has a Uras bodykit, including 20mm wider fenders. I also rolled out the rear arches (also about 20mm).
Im not 100% satisfied with the color yet, i need it to be a little more towards yellow, just cant seem to find the right one :/. The hood will be Carbon Fibre, and the roof and A-pillar will probably be painted black.
The rear will feature either some kouki lights, or blackhousing lexus-style, dunno that yet... If i feel like it i might also model the interior.

Note that i havent seperated the frontbumper from the fender yet, cause i wasnt really happy the way it turned out, need to work on that a little

Looks real nice ! I love the color... Should add some spec. to it so it would be a nice mattalic green. Not sure if the real car has mat. paint, but would look nice.

Dunno about the real car yet, ill let you know in a few years .
Im basing the car on what i want it to be when i (hopefully) own one.
Therefor, my parts selection might be a bit limited (i was happy enough to find out there was a shop which sells Uras here ).
For the rims im planning some Nippon Racing Wheels, probably the DTX spec (Volk GT-C clone), since real Volks would be too expensive, and for the price of 2 real volks, i would be able to buy a full set of Nippons.

Thanks for the pic Zachary, i didnt have too many good pics (except for some pics of the Versionelect imitation kit, which is a bit different i think).

imitation, replica, same in my eyes.
Just checked out the BN-Sports kit, but it is not the same, main thing are those holes on the side, they are bigger

I think he refers to where the two halfs meet. The middle of the car.

Try using the Symmetry modifier instead of mirroring the car (if you already do. just ignore my suggestion).

Btw that rim looks really sweet, but as icekid said the spokes seem a bit thin..

Keep it up

I seem to have tooooooooo many projects goin......
