Great work but the tires are killing it for me, they are too flat and not rounded enough (sidewall wise)

just read your msg Icekid so the screenies you are about to see will still have crappy tires

to answer SuB-ZeuZ's question...
for the car body (everything you see in picture excluding the wheels and brakes) is at 6130 in tri's..
with the wheels and brakes... 12290
note: I didn't include the roll cage in the polycount because the roll cage is still in WIP...

I now know that making spline cage as reference helps modelling much faster and easier

ahh I remember seeing your car perhaps in the "Rendering Forum", I was wondering what happened to it... your model is not bad man, I really like the rims and the brakes!

time for another update
attempted on 'weathering' it.. haha

just a very small preview of how my texture file looks like so far... original size is at 1024x1024

Looks awesome ML, you put so much detail into those low poly models. The composite is great, looks very real except for the fact that they look like exactly clones of each other, and it doesn't really look like there's motion, but it would be hard to tell at such a distance. Can't wait to see complete ingame shots.

Behold! The laziest man on earth!
