SAAB 900 Aero

Even though Im swedish I have never modelled a SAAB ... shame on me. So here it goes:

This will be a 1988 SAAB 900 Aero. Not much to show yet, I have have the basic shape of the body but still need to tweak it alot.

Nice as always, but why the old SAAB? it´s better you modell the 00-02 SAAB 9-3 Aero, then i can give you ref pictures of it because i have one, much nicer then the old 900

Saab went down when they stopped putting their own engines in.

GREAT item you've chosen there! I love this car (i modeled it 2 times and i want to do it again, s i'm kinda addict i think). Looks sweet so far, but i can't be impartial since i just love the actual vehicle. :mrgreen:

I like older car better, and IMO they are often more beautiful than their modern counterparts.

I like the old VMW 635CSi more than the new 6-series, Volvo 240 better than V70, Ferrari 288GTO better than F430, Citroen DS better than C5 and C6 .. and so on But that just me.

And the fact that we have had old SAAB 900's from 1984 to today might play in too

I have just taken the prints from the SAAB section here and traced them with splines. They are as mismatched and incorrect as the original prints
