My Bugatti 16/4 Veyron Concept (2000-03)

Hi I need a new quality of my renders so I am lerning Mental Ray harder then ever. I do not eat, sleep ... just testing and testing new algoritms and methods. Here are some of my results...
... at first after modeling as always bloody fight with meshsmooth witch I newer fully understend.
I need some help with this !
Smooth was not enough. Meshsmooth it to much. Is there any other way ?
What about soft selection ?

did you apply mesh-smooth to the triangle mesh? if so, that's probly why you're reflections got worse. always apply mesh-smooth to quads, and have as few triangles as possible.

remove the triangles and chamfer some parts of your mesh. then apply mesh smooth and everything will be fine.

like someone else said less triagles will work better with mesh smooth and you can change the crease value on your edges for all of your sharp edges

greate looking interior,
maybe some objects could have more polygons
and for the red material, add some bump to it

if you put a mesh smooth on it then try and get rid of all things not 4 sides, triangles are ok but not prefered
5 sides is a no no

other than that im amazed at the detail in the car
