A bit too smooth in some places, and some curves aren't curved enough, but yes, this is a really good step towards a nice model!

really good start but i dont like visible edge in middle of hood, u mirrored one half and joint right?

its a mirrored instance copy, and as far as i know there is no way to attach it without losing the instance information

thanks for the wonderfully cryptic reply nighteye......mind elaborating on some of these areas that you are refereing to. from what ive gotten from my picture refs is there isisnt alot of hard edges in there. but i donno i could be mistaken

You might want to use the symmetry modifier, works a charm cause you choose which x.y.z vertex to mirror and you can auto weld the connecting sides.

Red line needs to be rounder (in topview, I mean), and the green needs to be sharper. Just as the other edge on the hood.
Also, that little sticking out part on the bottom of the bumper needs some better defenition
