did you do the P2/P3 thing, id do P3 because its less blurry

not sure what your using but looks liek max with brazil....if its max use catmull rom filter and check to make sure you clicked on p3 button both are in your renderer tab...i done soem enhncements n psp got rid of soem of the blurry ....usign a sharpen filter
