This is my newest work in progress and my oldest subject.
I was browsing through EBay´s Passenger Vehicles´s pages when i found a very nice photo portfolio on this particular car. All views but the top, lots of closeups, it had to be modeled.
It's typical late-30s' style, "floating" headlights and flat deck.
Two mornings´polymodeling in Max 5, this is what i got so far:




Still tweaking around all those curves and a lot of trim to add. Fortunately the references are comprehensive.
Comments, critique always welcome.

It sure needs much tweaking, miles of it.
I widened the fenders and fixed a few more innaccuracies, added some chrome. Rendered with hdri for a little eyecandy
