Re: Project Supra

I think it might be too spread out, It would look beter if their were certain spots where their is more dirt and some places where its practically clean. since not all places will be getting hit so hard. such as the front, around the intake should be very dirty, on the roof, top of wheel wells, those areas shouldnt be too dirty.

Re: Project Supra

Just a suggestion, the dirt should be darker, the color right now is leaning towards the white thus making the car racing in a snowy condition higher res dirt map will be better too, keep it up doch_1

Re: Project Supra

Thanks XSI - yeh I should have made the dirt in the right dirty area , it's hard to do dirt texture
but I think I got it right now ( pic )
about my GT scene , it's only 30% finished so it will take a while until I combine it
with the car .
Thanks ML - ( thanks for the advise )

I have put the pieces together to see how it goes with the wheels , still need to add some more
dirt here and there .

Hey Merts first thanks , and second can you tell me what did you mean by putting a mark on the exhaust , cus I don't
have a good ref pic of the exhaust so I dont know what mark is it , if you got a pic I'll glad to see , thanks .

Took my car to a spin - it's not the best composition but it's o.k

the exhast does not come out the side of this car, it comes out the back from underneath the car, so the backfire (flames) wiill not effect the body.(well not that much)

Re: Project Supra

I think the Supra that doch_1 is making have exhaust on the side rather than in the rear of the car. Since you can see doch_1 got the exhaust on the side of the car

Top pic is 2002, bottom is 2004 version

Re: Project Supra

well this is sorta the look i couldnt find any proper pics but i did this with a coke can
im sure somebody must have at least 1 photo showing it properly on a car
try it on something like glass so you can scan it and use it as a map
but make sure its the wright shape it doesnt really look like the one on the can
thats just to give you an idea

Re: Project Supra

Thanks Merts , at first I didn;t understood what you meant but now I know you meant the burn mark on the side
of the car . acually there is a burn mark there but it must be small , and the angle of the pic doesn't
show it , I'll make it little bigger , thanks for the pic .

rip15 it's GT500 - do some google up if you want to find more , I'm no engine expert so I don't know this car specs

started some interior , only cage for now
