need help (brazil R/S render)

alright i did my first composite render last night, it acutally turned out awesome, except the chrome is see through. i tried making a sky like a 3d scene but it slowed it down WAY too much, heres a pic. any help is VERY appreciated

Nice Check the "Translucent" (Think that's the name) setting for the chrome..

i tried something else too, it makes the reflection look better, just did the sphere thing for the sky and made it invisible to camera it makes the reflection look better cause its different from whats behind the truck

wow, scene and track looks greate, i smells lots of hours spent here
but why is the violet collor on the truck so shiny? i destroys the general impression of the scene
