First of, welcome to the forums. We are a friendly bunch. Feel free to ask if something is bothering you.
At the bottom of the page notice that the edges besides not being sharp enough have a small pinching to them. Meshsmooth hates triangles so try to get rid of them and when you chamfer something make sure you weld the triangles that the chamfer function creates on its own, they make the mesh bumpy. Here let me draw you a pic of what i mean. The double edges are the chamfered ones. Notice how in the corner there's a triangle (maked with red) weld the two vertexes (yellow ) together and you're basically set. This is afcourse the ideal setting but basically it applies to all similar events.I'll let someone with a better eye (NE i'm talking about you) comment you on the model accuracy.
