Something new for me - Yamaha Roadstar - composite render

Ihnova inspired me to try a bike for the first time after watching his Kawasaki evolve. I'm gonna model a cruiser rather than a crotch rocket though, just to keep things a little different. Here's the front wheel and brake disc with a couple of quick textures.

Re: Something new for me

It's a Yamaha Roadstar. I happened to have a book with a bunch of good pics of it. Don't particulary like the bike, but good close up reference pics are hard to find, so I'll use what I've got. Here's the real bike.

Although I don't like these kind of bikes, I really like this one actually
Good start, and good luck on the rest! I'll be watching this one

Re: Something new for me

Model an O.C.C. (Orange County Choppers)?

That’s easy, just open a few after market parts catalogs, cut a couple of fenders in half (and don’t forget to do the same with the tank), and you’re building bikes just like Paul Jr. & Sr.!

Re: Something new for me

Small update. This is going to be a long project as it's all from reference pics with no blueprint help.

CNC Pro, I agree about O.C.C. bikes, most of them suck. No style at all. But then again, I'm a "simple is beautiful" kind of guy.
