Jaguar E-Type, Burnsy-Dawsony-Lai

A few friends and I are begining modeling. (Well i did some a few months ago, but i'm basically starting again) The car we have chosen is a Jaguar E-Type, series 1, Hardtop. And comments and criticisms are welcome as we would like to draw on the vast knowlege in the forums and we plan on getting beter at this with more practice.

Re: Jaguar E-Type, Burnsy-Dawsony-Lai

I'll start this off.

I'm making the car with spline cage modeling with Max 7.
I've started off by making a low polygon model and i plan to add the detail where i think it needs it. I've done a bit a the front an worked around the car. So this is what its up to now.

I've done a bit more work on the underside, and the roof. Its now starting to look like an E-Type.

What part of the car do you want a closeup on?

Re: Jaguar E-Type, Burnsy-Dawsony-Lai

I've done a bit more work on the front, mainly the bonet, windshield and A-piller. There has also been some re-working of the side.

Re: Jaguar E-Type, Burnsy-Dawsony-Lai

I've done some more work one it, now there arn't any holes in it. I still have to fix up the C-Pillar so the lighting works and the headlights don't look right to me. When I'm ready i can go onto wheels and bumpers.

I've done a bit of work fixing the C-Pillar, but i think it still needs some more work. Added the Exhaust system and bumpers, and i think its going along nicely.
