Custom Bus.

Yay first post..

Here is some pics of my current wip, a custom bus - it's kind of based on the real thing - well two or three buses to be exact (not sure of there names just combined elements)

Far from finished, but cc's are welcome.

At the bottom is another model I did about 3 months back - it's not really a wip, because I’ am not sure if I will get back to it, it failed to serve it's purpose in the game I and somebody else designed at school (too high a poly count (I got carried away)). Btw yes it’s not entirely an original design.. (for those who work it out!)

Anyway enjoy.

Re: Custom Bus.

There's no room for a floor on that bus
Look how low that door is

Re: Custom Bus.

City buses usually have lowered floors by the door then steps inside to get up in, the doors usually come down right to the ground.

Re: Custom Bus.

It did occur to me that the floor was quite low - but I designed it that way, and it's possible (of a sort)
Like 'Spizzy' said some city buses have very low floors, well maybe not this low..

And to think my concern was that the roof was 'chopped' too much!

I guess it's 'channelled' as well.

I' am not intending to model an interior, so it shouldn't prove to be a problem in the long run.

Re: Custom Bus.

Made the rims, will start on the tires soon, have done more on the bus body, but nothing really worth posting about.

These rims will be used on the back and front (reversed for the back - duel wheels there).

Might be a little while before there is another update - between houses atm, so there will be some downtime.
